As our nation continues to navigate through the unknowns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), your Serra Chevrolet team wants you to know we are here for you! Our focus has shifted from not only a great customer experience, but also ensuring the health and well-being of our customers and staff. We are monitoring alerts and notifications from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and enforcing those guidelines and recommendations. We will continue to utilize the guidance from the CDC as well as General Motors throughout these next few weeks.

Our Management team has implemented a plan of action to ensure the safest facility and environment to our customers and staff. As always, we will provide you with excellent customer service as we continue to take preventative actions and measures.

Here are a few things we want you to know.

Our dealership is cleaned thoroughly daily and wiped down many times throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our building. Our staff has been asked that during this time to practice social distancing and refrain from handshakes. We have rearranged our customer waiting area to provide more space and comfort to those having to wait for service. Our staff has also been instructed to stay home if sick and alert their supervisor.

For our customers requiring vehicle service. Our maintenance shop is available with our normal business hours. Customers are welcome to stay in their vehicle when pulling into the service lane. A service advisor will be out to get your information up arrival. As always, we do offer drop off services, loaner transportation and can arrange pickup and delivery services as well.
