I dreaded shopping for a truck, you know, the numbers game and pressure salesmen? I stopped by Sierra Chevy with two vehicle to trade in. This salesman Darnell, calmly show us the inventory answering all my questions. I found one I liked so we went to the table. In 15 minutes we came to a reasonable agreement. (This is where it gets good). I continued my shopping and comparing prices across the road at another dealership.I found a truck I liked and we sat at their table. From the get go the numbers game began, inflated numbers and insulting trade in offers. It opened my eyes to the simple, fair, and transparent way Sierra did business. I visited Serra Chevrolet just see my options for crossover vehicles. I did not plan to purchase a vehicle when I woke up that morning, but was very happy that I went looking. The Sales Consultant that assisted me was Mr. Gene Wright. He was very professional and customer friendly. He was knowledgeable of the questions I asked and convinced me to look no further. After looking at several vehicles and test driving, and changing my mind, I found the perfect vehicle at the price I wanted. Mr. Gene never seemed to get impatient with me changing my mind.
