Your help and cooperation in addressing my car service problems yesterday has greatly exceeded all my expectations. What was becoming a nightmare was turned into a pleasant experience by you and everyone at Serra Chevrolet. To make a long story short..2 dealers tried to correct the problem to no avail. However, Serra not only found and fixed the problem, but went out of their way to satisfy a new customer. They thoroughly investigated the root of the cause, and promptly received permission to address and resolve the issue, even pursuing it under the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Kudos to their great technicians also. I am grateful for all their efforts. While there, I was treated professionally and after this experience I am remaining a satisfied Chevrolet customer, with Serra at the top of the list.
